Questions for the candidates can be sent by US Mail, dropped off at either the Essex Library (33 West Ave, Essex, CT, 06426) or Brainerd Library (920 Saybrook Road, Haddam, CT 06438) or emailed to Ann Thompson athompson@essexlib.orgor Andrew Maloney, amaloney@brainerdlibrary.org .
